You Provide the Box You Pick the Shipper No extra charge - you pack and ship your unit.
You Provide the Box We Email a Pre-paid UPS Ground Label We email you a prepaid UPS ground label. You print it out, tape it on your shipping box, and give it to any UPS driver or shipping outlet. - $30
We Provide the Box and Packing Material We Provide a Pre-paid UPS Label We make it as easy as possible. We ship you a box made for your TiVo. In the box are foam endcaps for your unit, plus a UPS label for you to use to send the unit back to us. Just pack your unit in the box and give it to any UPS driver or drop it off at a UPS shipping outlet. - $75

*Return ground shipping on repairs is free within the continental US. Other areas do not qualify for the free return shipping offer.

Additional notes:

• Expedited shipping is not available for the inbound direction. If you choose an expedited shipping option at checkout, that will only apply to the shipping when we return your unit to you after the repair is complete.
• Above label and label + box pricing is set at a flat rate for incoming boxes from anywhere in the continental US. These products are available from other locations - please email us your address if you'd like a quote from a different area.
• In the event that you cancel your repair before shipping us the unit, above shipping options are not refundable.
• If you order a shipping box and know your TiVo model number, please include that in the customer notes on the checkout page.
