TiVo AIP Bolt Instructions

Congratulations on purchasing a TiVo Bolt with All-in Package (AIP)!

Your warranty on this unit is from weaKnees.

Most Important Note: Your Bolt may go to sleep after a few hours. You MUST press the TiVo button (top center of remote) to turn it back on. No other remote button will work! More info here.

This Bolt arrives to you activated. You can use it right away. Soon, you should transfer this unit to your TiVo account (at no additional cost to you).

Step 1:

If you do not have a TiVo account, please call TiVo at 877-367-8486 to create an account and transfer your TiVo.

If you already have a TiVo account, please make sure you know what email address it uses. You can call TiVo at 877-367-8486 or you can do an online chat with TiVo. Note: weaKnees cannot assist you with moving a TiVo to your account. You must call or chat with TiVo at the phone number or link above.

If TiVo is closed, you can just continue to use your unit and call them back when they are open again.

Step 2:

Give the TiVo representative the TSN (15-digit number from your unit starting with "849"). They will look it up and see that you purchased a DVR from WeaKnees with AIP. Tell them that you'd like to transfer it to your account.

If you have any problems here, please stop and and email us at info@weaknees.com. Under no circumstances should you have to pay for service.

We worked closely with TiVo to come up with this procedure. There should be no other authorization required. Please email us if you have any problems with your transfer.
