We will match any competitor's price on any TiVo Upgrade Kit
or new upgraded TiVo that we sell. If you find a lower upgrade
kit price from an established web-based retailer, please send
us an email containing the URL, the price and the product
that you would like us to match. We will honor a price match so
long as the following are true:
The competitor's price, including taxes and all shipping charges, is less
than the WeaKnees.com price on the date we receive your email (please
note that ALL of our orders ship free in the 48 states).
If price matching a TiVo Upgrade Kit, the competitor's
product contains all of the items that a WeaKnees.com kit
contains, including: drive or drives (PVR-specific drives
with a like warranty, like the Western Digital AV drive line), brackets,
cables, screws, tools, instructions, etc. (not all items
apply to all upgrade kits).
The competitor must have an e-commerce web site with a shopping cart
and method of payment and contact (address, phone and/or email).
All PriceMatch requests MUST be made before purchasing. We do NOT issue any retroactive price adjustments for any reason.
Note: Upgrade kits are much more than just off-the-shelf hard
drives, and we do not match retailers such as Amazon who sell hard drives
that are not ready to be installed in a TiVo.
Please be aware that hard drives are commodities and hard drive prices
fluctuate constantly. We do our best to absorb increases and also to pass
on savings to our customers. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively adjust
prices on any order that has already shipped.
